Patrick Carlin is one of the most honest, no holds barred kind of guys you’ll ever meet..
Born in New York in 1931, this street-wise kid got most of his life lessons from growing up in the neighborhood. He didn’t think of it as the school of hard knocks, he thought of it as reality 101.
Just part of what life had to offer.
Patrick has had a lot of jobs in his lifetime from a used car salesman in L.A to a manager of a Rock Band in the 60’s to a cook in Trinidad, a radio personality with his wife Marlene Carlin ( Patrick & The Herb Lady ) Limo driver to the stars. But he has always been a writer, from his novel Highway 23: The Unrepentant (2007), Quien F!#kin’ Sabe? (2012) and recently Quinn’s Bar And Grill (2019). always the consummate writer never far from his yellow pad of paper. Patrick had written for different television shows like: The Alan Thicke Show, The George Carlin Show (1994) with his brother George, and is credited as the voice for the audiobook version of George’s memoir titled Last Words.
As an actor, Patrick appeared in films The Headless Nun (2012) and Live From The NYPL: A Tribute To George Carlin (2010).
Patrick Carlin part writer, part advocate, part realist, all human!
In Patrick’s Hollywood-Stock Connection you’ll hear a personal side of Patrick that he saved for his close friends & family. So now you can celebrate along with him. A lover of music his entire life, he would wake up and start to play music. Always making his playlist of favorite tunes for that particular day. 13 Tunes most of the time, he enjoyed numerology. He has a very eclectic taste. Most of the time I think it was for him or others that weren’t there with him on this spiritual plane.
