Tenderloin Supportive Housing Overdose Prevention Network aka (SHOPN) drives systems change by addressing the root causes of overdoses and addiction in our community. We promote community health and wellbeing by centering the needs of supportive housing residents in the Tenderloin and other underserved neighborhoods of San Francisco.
